RETURNS & REFUNDS

We want you to love your purchase from Chayil.

Returns requested within 7 days of delivery are eligible for a refund to the original payment method.

Returns requested between 8 and 14 days of delivery are eligible for store credit only.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned with original tags attached. Items showing signs of wear, stains, odors, makeup, pet hair, or damage will not be accepted.

Return requests made more than 14 days after delivery are not eligible for a refund or store credit.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
